By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

2. Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours, dimensions, prices, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor variations may occur, particularly because our products are handcrafted.

The Organic Closet reserves the right to correct any pricing, product description, image, or information error and, where necessary, cancel an order affected by such an error. If payment has already been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

3. Handmade Product Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Minor variations in the following are natural characteristics of handmade products and shall not be considered manufacturing defects:

  • Stitching

  • Fabric texture

  • Wood grain

  • Natural colour variations

  • Handcrafted finish

  • Shape and appearance

Products made from natural wood may have unique grain patterns, textures, and colour variations. These differences are a natural feature of the material and make each product unique.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order.

The Organic Closet reserves the right to cancel or reject an order in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Repeated order refusals or failed deliveries

  • Any other circumstances requiring cancellation in the interest of business or customer security

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the eligible amount will be refunded.

5. Payment

We accept the following online payment methods:

  • Credit Cards

  • Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Digital Wallets

All online transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

Customers may receive an instant 5% discount on eligible prepaid orders, subject to applicable offers and terms displayed at the time of purchase.

For Cash on Delivery orders, a ₹200 advance payment may be required. The remaining amount will be payable to the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

For eligible prepaid cancellations, refunds will generally be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment service provider.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate:

  • Name

  • Shipping address

  • Contact number

  • Email address

  • Other information required for successful delivery

The Organic Closet shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

8. Product Safety

Our products are designed using baby-safe materials. However, customers are responsible for using products appropriately and following any safety instructions provided with the product.

Adult supervision is recommended whenever babies or young children use our products.

Customers should inspect the product before every use. If any damage, loose stitching, cracks, breakage, or other signs of wear are noticed, discontinue use immediately.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product photographs, text, graphics, logos, designs, branding, and other materials, belongs to or is lawfully used by The Organic Closet.

No website content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission from The Organic Closet.

10. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business, The Organic Closet reserves the right to:

  • Reject COD orders from customers with repeated order refusals

  • Cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders

  • Request additional identity or payment verification for high-value orders

  • Restrict or refuse future orders in cases involving abuse, misuse, or fraudulent activities

11. Force Majeure

The Organic Closet shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Floods

  • Earthquakes

  • Pandemics

  • Government restrictions

  • Strikes

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Courier network failures

  • War or civil disturbances

12. GST Invoice

A GST-compliant tax invoice will be generated for every successful order, where applicable, and shared with the customer via email or through the applicable order communication channel.

The Organic Closet reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The updated version will be published on the website with the revised "Last Updated" date.
